KYLIE MINOGUE: Ultimate Kylie **1/2 (Festival Mushroom). The booklet contains nine pages of pictures and precious little else. That sums up the Singing Budgie pretty well, big on image and small on substance. Having said that, Kylie's the perfect pop star, even if this two CD collection reveals how thinly her talent has been stretched at times. The early SAW hits grate but Ms Minogue certainly improved.
